Burton E. Sharpe, 81 of Bristol, formerly of Plainville and New Britain died at home on Monday, November 26, 2012. He was born in Montville, CT where he had fond memories of being raised on a farm. He proudly served his country in the Army during the Korean Conflict where he was awarded the Purple Heart. He was employed by the City of New Britain School in the Maintenance Department. He was a member of St. Ann's Church in New Britain.
Burton was a humble and kind man who loved to help anyone in need....

Burton was a humble and kind man who loved to help anyone in need.
He was predeceased by his loving wife, Susie (DiFusco) Sharpe who he missed since her passing
He is survived by a sister, Majorie Marciniec and husband, Frank; and many extended family members from the DiFusco Family. He also leaves many dear friends, nieces and nephews who he loved very much.
Funeral services will be on Friday, November 30, 2012 starting at 11:00 AM with a service at 12:00 PM at the New Britain Memorial ''' Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Ave. Burial with military honors will follow at St. Mary Cemetery, New Britain .Calling hours will be on Thursday, November 29, 2012 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the funeral home.
